Please note that if you miss or cancel any appointments within a 24-hour window, we require a deposit equal to the exam fee before you can reschedule.
Clinic Policies
New clients can expect to pay a deposit equal to the cost of the exam. This deposit is refundable as long as the appointment isn’t missed, canceled, or rescheduled within 24 hours.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment only.
Emergency cases always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. That said, we strive to keep appointments running on schedule as best as possible.
For your convenience, we do offer the option of ‘drop-off appointments.’ These appointments are available Monday through Friday. You can drop off your pet as early as 8 am, and then plan for them to stay with us for the whole day.
Our drop-off appointments allow the veterinarian to examine your pet in between appointments or during the middle of the day once all morning appointments have ended. Any tests, vaccines, X-rays, or other procedures are performed during this time.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
Please ensure that all cats arrive inside a cat carrier that is suitable for their size and breed.
